We will send you an SMS within 3 working days with an invitation to an assessment interview by phone.

Manager

Create a case on behalf of an employee

As a manager, you can create a case on behalf of an employee. This requires that you have provided good information to the employee and obtained their consent to create the case.

We will send your employee an SMS within 3 working days with an invitation to an assessment interview by phone.

Employee Assistance has a duty of confidentiality. As a manager, you will not receive any feedback on the case unless the employee consents to it.
